Evidence and Found Property
The NC State University Police Department’s Evidence and Found Property Unit is responsible for the secure storage and management of evidence and found property. Before contacting the Police Department, check the last location you remember having your item. Many individuals who find lost property turn it in to someone in the building or area where it was found. Please note, that property being held as part of an active investigation may not be immediately eligible for release.
If you have found property you’d like to turn in, please bring it to the University Police Department at 2610 Wolf Village Way or contact us for guidance. If you believe we may have your lost item, please reach out using the contact information below.
