WOLF GUARD ID PROGRAM
The Crime Prevention Unit of the Campus Police Department offers the WolfGuard ID Program to increase the chances that your valuables will be returned to you if they are stolen. This is accomplished by documenting the make, model, and serial numbers of your valuables, so that they can be entered into a national computerized database should they be stolen. Your items may also be engraved with your driver’s license number, which can ease the identification of your personal property if it is recovered. If you wish to take advantage of this service, you have several options. You can stop by the University Police Department weekdays between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. If you live on campus, you can also ask your Resident Adviser or the Crime Prevention Unit about setting up an Engraving Program for your Residence Hall or Residence area. If you are faculty or staff, you can contact the Crime Prevention Unit to request a time and date for an Engraving Program. If you do not wish to have your item engraved, but would like for your valuable’s information to be recorded, you can use the WolfGuard ID Form below, complete it, and the information will be forwarded to the Crime Prevention Unit.
If you have any questions, please contact the Crime Prevention Unit by email or by phone at 919-515-5963.
