COMMENDATION OR COMPLAINT

We encourage all persons with comments about our performance to let us know. All comments are looked into and if we have your contact information you will be notified of the outcome. We accept anonymous complaints. Fields marked with * must be filled in for the form to be submitted.

 

WELFARE REPORT

The NC State University Police provide the OWR system for our community to report observations of behavior that might indicate that a person is a danger to themselves or others.  If this is an emergency, please call 911.  If you are unable to make contact by phone, or wish to make an anonymous report, the use of this report is permitted. If it is at all possible to report by telephone we would encourage you to do so. In order to properly assist you, please answer the questions as completely as you can.

STATE PROPERTY INCIDENT REPORT

For use by designated NC State Agency department heads or designees to report to the Director of the State Bureau of investigation information or evidence of any arson, attempted arson, damage to, theft of, embezzlement from, , or misuse of any State owned personal property , buildings or other real property in accordance to NCGS $ 143B 920

TRESPASS APPEAL

If you have been trespassed and wish to appeal, you must file the appeal through the linked on-line form. You must completely fill out all required information and your appeal will be routed to the department that is responsible to hear your appeal.

 

ONLINE CRIME REPORTING (OCR)

The NC State University Police Department provides the OCR system for our community to report miscellaneous and minor crimes or incidents. If this is an emergency, someone is injured or a crime in progress please call 911. In order to properly assist you, please answer the questions as completely as you can.
