On March 18, 2019, NC State University Police received several reports of a non-affiliated male subject, Jeremiah Frederick, making unwanted advances toward students and touching them on the head, hands or feet in the area of Tompkins and Jordan Halls and D.H. Hill Library. Frederick is described as a black male, 5’6” tall, 160 lbs, last seen wearing a tan Carhartt jacket and blue jeans. University Police currently has an arrest warrant for Frederick.
